They were designed by a Dutch artist named Piet Parra and they're only worn by Nike SB athletes from the US, Brazil, Japan and France.

I'm not a fan of these but I do like his art and his clothing and sneaker designs.
These definitely give off that retro '80s vibe and that's not something I want to wear.
