I know this is all about football and football money but as a Kansas basketball fan this really fucks things up for us. The Big 12 is now much weaker and not even close to 12 teams.
The lack of even a decent football team leaves KU without a good home. They're not likely to be invited to one of the better conferences since they're only great in basketball which doesn't seem to matter anymore in college sports.
