Perhaps you see it that way because you're not a cyclist yourself (I'm assuming though, I could be wrong)

The drivers who you see as bad drivers, the bikers interact with them as well.
On top of that, most of the time bad interactions for a driver means scratched paint, for a biker, it's serious injuries...
