sleep aid in the way it'll put you to sleep forever. it's for anesthesia, we use it for keeping people sedated after they get intubated -- nm

we use it for shoulder reductions alot too, it's fairly safe when you're being monitored, but that's the thing, you need close supervision.

yup, resetting of bones. most common is shoulder dislocation -- nm
