Yes...provided the FTC can fine stations that advertise as "fair and balanced" or "unbiased" when they aren't...for deceptive advertising

But historically, we have not had an unbiased press...ever...and perhaps that's not a bad thing, cause sometimes, there isn't two sides to everything, and sometimes, there are more than two sides.
