so ... would lacking the biological link mess up his parents in seeking custody I wonder ... if for instance someone contests custody and his will did

not give any rights to his parents or family, but rather set up some sort of trust to be administered for the kids until they come of age? I'm not sure why I think the biological card is going to cause more drama somehow - I just suspect it I guess?
