and big doses of ibuprofen 3x a day, among other stuff.

i watched exactly how much i took, and i had (still do) regular blood tests to screen liver/kidney, just in case, though i've been off some stuff for months and on less of others.

all that is smart, right?

possibly notsosmart: i felt a cold coming on sunday night (2nd in too short a time, boo); and, hello, was going back to work after 826 days, so i (gasp) used a zicam swab. now, i can't smell anything notstrong; and i'm hoping it's temporary and from the cold and not lasting anosmia. ayyiyi. (yah, the odds are with me; but still..) eep.

i need to go see if rite aid, where i bought two boxes of the swabs a couple of months ago, is taking them back. lest i be tempted by them again. ;p
