well, it was the zinc that apparently had some actual science (note: some) behind it.

i'm not sure if you should read the following, as i don't want any happy placebo effecting to go away. ;) -
airborne and, what i restocked yesterday and have been downing, emergen-c are ok as nutritional insurance, sorta; but there's no proof they do anything else.
wish they did!
