they said everyone should stop using it immediately, and the manufacturer subsequently pulled the products with zinc.

i kept mine thinking i might be able to return them.
i was also concerned about the big doses of ibuprofen i was taking. i take less of it and tylenol now, but my doctor and i are still watchful. i think the combo of those two plus a bcp i was on for a while made me present with slightly high blood pressure - enough that i was put on a low dose of medicine for it. i'm hopeful i'll be able to come off it asap.
i've always wanted to take as little medicine as possible. oy.
