That one I actually get. There wasn't the testing numbers so nobody could definitively know and I'm not really sure how one would get the numbers

I agree with technicality of the vegan exemption but that's hopefully not a literal hill to die on.
As long as they're ok with adding mask wearing to their restrictive diet and overall lifestyle restriction, I guess that's the best that can be expected for those with such beliefs.
