So I'm watching the triathlon relay, I'm remind of another reason that I'd be awful at the sport. I'd be so bad at the transitions

I'd be happy to not have to drowned and I could potentially take a semi-understandable break to put on a helmet, shoes, clip in and get started on the bike. I'm so gonna do that put one shoe at a time, tie them at a non-racing speed in contrast to the actual competitors having shoes clipped to the pedals and taking off without even putting their feet in the shoes before they get going.

Then, yay! Off the bike. I might be ok with whole elastic or speed ties but I'm probably going to take the time to traditionally put on the shoes.
