I'm pretty certain the reason that Walmart is not requiring their store employees to get vaccinated is to prevent their employees from walking out.

The labor crunch dictates that you hang on to all of them, even the confirmed anti-vaxxers.
If you work at Walmart, not only will they vaccinate you in the store, you can get it done on the clock (assuming you work when the pharmacy is open).

I'm guessing the mandated ones are the admin staff, not the store clerks, besides walmart customers don't want to be exposed to toxic vaxxed demons -- nm
