I'm not saying this about Dolly's action specifically or that this is her fault.
But if you read the article, it's very clear that the neighborhood has now been completely gentrified. They even *renamed it* that's how gentrified it is.
Not exactly a happy ending for the black people of the neighborhood (again, not blaming Dolly for this)
