It's the Friday to Saturday dropoffs that have been larger than normal.

Saturday to Sunday drops are between 20% to 35%. Which is pretty typical for summer.
Black Widow's problem first weekend wasn't the 24.6% Sunday dropoff (that's pretty normal). It was that it dropped off 15% Friday to Saturday even after taking out the Thursday previews. That was the alarming part of that weekend.
