Grrrrr, 3rd time in two years I've been rear ended

Coming home from the show, moving along this county highway, arterial, marked 40, normally every one does 50, 60 except for the asshole doing 40 in the fast lane, the road forks, left turns into the port access freeway, right side becomes the downtown main drag, of course the fadt lane camper realized too late and comes to a stop,I mean if you are bad at driving then of course you are bad at merging. He stops and makes a right turn to change lanes...

I had to stand on my brakes, I had a little warning from the turn signal....

The gal behind me, not so much

Well at least she was pleasant and had her ID etc...not like the first guy who's I'd was a Ralph's card

Well 8 still have the cervical collar from last time.

Oh yeah, the asshole who caused it just drove off
