yeah the property management companies I work with are really frustrated by all of this. it sucks all around.

from the property management side, its really frustrating when the tenants just stopped paying and didnt do anything to get the funding, etc.
from the tenant side, its just overall scary and frustrating that they may not have found a new job and suddenly have to pay rent again.
