My dog won't go anywhere near manhole covers or underground utility vaults. Anywhere there's a metal cover over something under the sidewalk she just

freaks. There's one place where we walk that there's a cover over a drain that runs all the way across the sidewalk. She has to go out into the road and walk around it :/
