When I graduated I had a job paying $32k and approximately $40k in student loan debt.
Folks graduating today with let's say $100k in debt ... are they starting at $80k? I don't think so and that's part of the problem.
When you see Bezos thanking Amazon employees and customers for paying for his space tourism trip, the college debt issue is the other side of that coin. Same with the NFT nonsense.
We've been led to believe that all inflation is bad. We've seen a lot less wage inflation than "cost of college" inflation and yet we're still playing by the same rules. I get it, I just don't want to pay for it ... I already paid for it.
