That 'key' is for Disneyland and there's only two parks at that resort. The highest level and the 6 is for concurrent reservations

At least that's how I read it.
Currently one needs two things to enter Disneyland or California Adventure. Valid admission ticket AND a reservation for that specific day to enter that specific park.
The highest level of 6 reservations would allow one to make more plans at an earlier time, well, out to that 90 day limit.
