There is a part of me, a very small part, small in the pejorative sense, that is involved in this conversation in my head currently:

"If people won't get vaccinated to help themselves, and won't wear masks or take reasonable distancing precautions to help others, and by doing so make themselves more vulnerable to covid, and me not wearing a mask also contributes to their vulnerability.... SO FUCKING BE IT."
