get them done right now.

the house next door to us will be left to rot cause the owner passed away mid 60s with no will. He likely wanted it to go to his step daughter and there are no other relatives that we know of ( he was a widower) - so it will take years for the state to divest itself of the house. She likely won't get a dime. :(

the grass is grown up, the inside is molding due to the water breaks from Feb. its horrible.

nothing can be done.
