There isn’t a smoking gun they got so they’re left with the testimony of a felon and the victim (who apparently has turned into a porn starlet) so not exactly what prosecutors can expect to win in trial.
Fucked up that her chosen profession, likely due to trauma and abusive behavior, would be the reason she isn’t treated as a victim…but it’s likely reality.
