The way I understand it, they're treating it like a pretend-cruise.

They're not expected to leave the "hotel" for the duration (although I assume you can if you want) and that there are activities and excursions like on a cruise. I'm morbidly curious as to how successfully this will play out. Hopefully they leveraged some people from the DCL side of the house. I was on some of the early DCL cruises back when they really hadn't fleshed out the activities and excursions yet, and some stuff was very bland.
