Pre boot login with a password different from your network password.
Then log into the PC and two factor in. After log in, if you VPN in, another two factor authentication. Once VPNed in, Office 365 will prompt you to log in (every couple weeks) and two factor again. Want to look up your retirement account? Gotta two factor again. Wanna get to the main company intranet? Two factor again. It's bananas.
