Not "cavalier," really, but I think we're in the "new normal" for the next few to several years. New variants of COVID-19 are going to spring up regularly, we're going to be shifting among various states of wariness and quarantine, we're going to be getting new vaccinations and boosters to old vaccines, and wearing a mask is going to be a responsible habit for some time.
Oh, and what others have said about protecting others. I think it's a measure of personal responsibility to wear a mask, even if vaccinated.
