I don't want to risk catching it due to potential long hauler issues that aren't fully understood yet, but I'm not in fear, just cautious

I have a pregnant sister in law, I have an older parent who's had heart surgery, I have young nieces about to go back to school.
And even if I hung around with a healthy, isolated crowd, every news story brings up a good point, such as the one I heard on NPR yesterday: every infection is an opportunity for the virus to mutate.
I mask in the grocery store because it's peer pressure for others to do the same. I mask in my condo because I'm on the Board and I want to set an example. There's always room for me to eat better, sleep better, exercise more, and practice better habits just to prevent getting sick. So I'm conscious of it and take those measures, but it doesn't weigh on me.
