96% sounds great. But what if it's 64%?

Others touched on my thinking on masking again (indoors at least) and increasing my caution again:
- I don't want long haul symptoms
- I don't want to asymptomatically spread it to others, including the unvaccinated (whether by choice or not on their vaccination status)

And ideally I don't want to quarantine for 14 days. I have trips to take :)
