My name was DEFINITELY popular in Quebec when I was born, my age group. I have a second cousin with my first name, born same year. -- (edited)

I was named after my maternal grandmother Lucienne.
She was named after her paternal great aunt Lucille. Her grandmother was Blanche. Lucille and Blanche were my great aunts.
