I just went out to walk Maude and all down the block you can see black garbage bags by the curb. It's not that they'll be back to collect the regular garbage and only took the recycling because I use white bags for my regular garbage and they took those.
All of the regular garbage has been collected so for some reason they decided not to pick up the black garbage bags today.
Racists!
