Here's a couple ways...

1) Slice it, dip the slices in a beaten egg, drop in a bowl of flour (seasoned with pepper or the spice of your choice). Drop it in a deep fryer...MMMMMM!

2) Or...chunk it, spray with a light olive oil spray, season with your favorite seasoning and grill on a piece of aluminum foil. Also...MMMMM!
