I have three recruits at 20 points (4 point lead on radar folks = strategery!).

First one is maxed by an interim player, so that's a lost cause.
Second one is not maxed and it's an interim player. I can chase him down if I want to since he's only spend 9 per cycle so he'll end up at 87 RP.
Third one is a 1/4 situation in which I share the lead.

Beyond that I've three more radars where the top expenditures are 23, 20, and 20. Any are potentially gettable.

I'm going to have to sit and consider my options.
