Steve in Montana’s 1000 times better off than the citizenry in Kabul. My earliest memories are from about 1980. Afghanistan has been at war pretty much constantly since then. You’re sick of war? Double it and put it at your front door and think about what that’s like. Then think about Jeff Bezos (or someone else 1000 times richer than you’ll ever be) coming in and telling you you’re not doing enough to make your own life better. We have all the power. We need to fix it.
