Does anyone know anything about Ethereum Wallets?

I received a POAP (Proof of Attendance Protocol) and in order to claim it, I need to have an Ethereum Wallet.

I bought some Ethereum on PayPal, but that doesn't seem to be right, as I don't seem to have an external "wallet" there.

I thought I could use Samsung Blockchain Wallet, but that confused me even more.

Anyone? Bueller? Bueller?
