Indeed. Though the C-17 can fly remarkably slow for its size and has corresponding low stall speed. More for the people barely restrained to keep

the plane as level as possible.

Granted this a demo team undoubtedly flying empty but still shows really low approach speed to set up stopping in a really short amount of time.
