Latest evidence says that it does. Peak effectiveness for about 2 months after the second dose and then (for Pfizer) about a 6% decrease in

effectiveness against infection each month. Moderna may be holding up a bit better. Again, this is immunity from infection. Protection from serious illness is holding up well.
