Friendlies. Bob's Big Boys still exist and I grew up with them, but at some point the ones near me became Frisch's Big Boys.

Max & Erma's is down to just a couple locations. IIUC, they were the first to do the eclectic decorating hodge-podge stuff everywhere in the restaurant.
L&K and Perkins are gone, I think, though the Perkins in town only closed maybe 6 years ago.
