I'm happy to see that even folks who like cauliflower rice are not pretending it tastes the same.

Because I have had a lot of people try that with me. Do they think my sense of smell is stupid?

If you cut out carbs, then substitutes become more palatable, still not a fan, oddly I like it raw in a salad -- nm

When I was cutting out carbs, I still couldn't stand cauliflower rice/potatoes. If anything it was worse. -- nm

you can brine the cauliflower overnight, and it helps with the smell -- nm
