a vaccine can't stop virus from getting into your bloodstream. It just can't. It preps your immune system to respond to being infected. Not in response to one virus particle, but more likely thousands from an airborne droplet. Mara's right, once those particles are in your blood, it's an infection. If your immune system eliminates all of it right away. you will never know it happened.
