Oops, I submitted my recruiting points early. I like to wait until after 2nd interim update when I'm not placing the full 17.

Just in case someone is in range so they don't know I'm not maxing out. This time it's 13-14 on each, which should be enough to discourage any chasers, but still wish I'd waited.
Not sure why I thought today was end of recruiting week.
