Cat 1 is 74-95, Cat 2 is 95-110, etc

H tells you that is not likely to be horrific. M tells you to get out.

My guess is that is already difficult to predict these things, and predicting to that level of specificity would be fraught with error/low confidence -- nm

If it was projected to get to Cat 3 or above the H would change to M for Major Hurricane for the portion of the track Cat 3 or above -- nm*
