I agree with will, if it weren't for local issues I would probably never vote in a presidential election.

I can also see how after the last two potus elections people would be less than enthusiastic to vote. (I've been here thinking "my god, there are still too many idiots voting for bush,. it's pointless")
at the same time I can see how it would make someone more excited to vote. (this is where I stand this year, we need to outnumber the people who are just voting a straight party ticket)
no matter what his reason is, it's his choice. he shouldn't lose a right to question or complain because of his choice.
are you saying that goofy lady who's calling obama a muslim terrorist has a right because she's been brainwashed into voting for mccain, but since will admits that he doesn't like either candidate, and chooses not to support either one he shouldn't? that's wrong
