IE...he pays this bill off; no need to pay it off again and he adds a new bill; thus no money left after that new bill.
it's what you said below and what he'd be doing here.
NOw, I'm assuming that House #1 that is being paid off is going to be the safety net.
But I don't care enough to continue arguing, so yes, you are 100% right. Every damn time.
