Without even clicking, I *knew* it was the Mandarin. Guess I'm a closet Canadian :)

It was my mom's favorite restaurant, we always went to the one in Oakville when we were visiting.
My brother and his buddies from the firehouse were almost thrown out one day when they went at lunch time for 'all you can eat' king crab and wouldn't leave :) I think around mid-afternoon management asked them to please leave some for the dinner crowd :)
