The house is gorgeous and the backyard overlooks the North Shore but it's so far from everything.

It's a nice summer place and that's what it was going to be for them but they ended up selling their apartment in Tribeca and made the LI house their permanent residence.
I'm pretty sure her husband is not happy about that and will be looking to purchase another apartment in the city. My niece is in Fordham at the Manhattan campus and lives in an amazing apt. on 81st and Columbus. I swear her apartment is something out of a TV show like Friends. It's insanely beautiful and crazy cheap for her as her friend's father owns the place but doesn't live there. He lives over by Riverside Dr. in an even better place. Insane! But he can only rent it out for a couple of years at a time so his daughter and my niece moving in works out perfect for him. Him and my sister are splitting the maintenance fees which is the only cost for my sister/niece. Insane!!!
