I.1) This is a full keeper league meaning from season to season you can
keep up to 2x your starting roster plus an additional quarterback (a total of 19 players), if you want
to, or any number of players less than that.

I.2) Keepers are formally identified at "the reset", or just prior to
the current year's draft. At the reset you must ensure you have no more
than the equivalent of 2 starting lineups (plus as extra QB) on your roster. This is
position specific, ie you may keep no more than:
3 QB
5 RB
5 WR
2 TE
2 K
2 DEF
