No idea. It does seem odd to do it on a Wednesday in September. It's been postponed twice, I think.

They wanted to do it earlier in the year with no one in attendance but they postponed it to now thinking it would be safe to allow people to attend the ceremony.
Last year it was postponed for obvious reasons.
