My guess was going to be that with the move to Channel 4 they were be told not to do it anymore but they put up season 10 which was on Channel 4.

I know what happened with season 9 is that season 10 started just after they had finished uploading season 8 so they skipped 9 and went right to 10. I expected them to start uploading season 9 already but they haven't. They post up lots of other videos though.
Hopefully they'll post season 12 but I'll watch it one way or another.
