After they put in street lights a couple years ago with out sidewalks we figured we could start planting out the frontage.

They are not even trying to save long established shrubs, bushes, they just bulldozed straight down

Apparently they hit a gas line that was not marked its exact location right. The yellow line for where they thought the line was goes through the mailbox and big decoration rock
