He makes me laugh with the fact he knows he don't belong.

"We're fighting aliens and I have a bow and arrow. None of this makes sense."

And his speech to Wanda and Pietro about staying and hiding, no shame, but step out there, and being Avengers is on par with anything Rogers said about heroes.

Plus, "No one would know, last I saw him, Ultron was sitting on him." is a hysterical line delivery.
