We make them at Christmas so cut them into Christmas shapes and cover them with sprinkles and red hots. Refrigerating the dough before rolling out really helps (especially between batches). It will make a… lot of cookies so make sure to have a place to share them. If they start to get stale, put a piece of white bread in a container with them.
